1. About us

Olistic Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Olistic Studios”) operates a boutique fitness studio at Shanti Niketan, B Wing, 2nd Floor, Flat 201/202, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, Matunga East, Mumbai-400019. You can reach us at olisticstudios@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 93721 14622.

2. Bookings & Packages

Classes and personal-training sessions are sold as single sessions, trial sessions, monthly packages, quarterly packages, or per-session rates depending on the format. Prices, validity, and session counts are shown at the point of purchase and confirmed in your booking email or WhatsApp message.

• Sessions are valid only within the package validity period printed on your booking. Unused sessions lapse at validity expiry and are not refundable or transferable to a different account.
• Booking a session reserves a spot in a specific batch on a specific date. Reschedules are subject to availability and the cancellation cut-off detailed below.
• Class formats, instructors, and timings may change occasionally. We notify members in advance via WhatsApp or the dashboard when this happens.

3. Payments

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, our payment-gateway partner. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

Once a payment succeeds, you receive an order confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp. If a payment is debited from your account but the booking does not confirm within 30 minutes, contact us at olisticstudios@gmail.com with the Razorpay reference ID — we will reconcile and either complete the booking or initiate a refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Class cancellations, package refunds, no-show policies, and shop-order returns are covered in detail on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. The shorter version: cancel a class with adequate notice and the session credits back to your package; non-attendance without notice forfeits that session.

5. Shop products

Where Olistic Studios sells physical products (apparel, accessories, supplements) through the online shop, the Shipping & Delivery Policy covers dispatch timelines, courier partners, damaged-package handling, and returns.

6. Member responsibilities

• You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical exercise. If you have a pre-existing condition, pregnancy, injury, or chronic illness, disclose it to your instructor before your first session.
• You agree to follow instructor cues, gym safety rules, and studio hygiene practices.
• Olistic Studios is not liable for personal items left at the studio. Lockers are provided but not insured by us.
• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund of remaining sessions.

7. Liability

Physical exercise carries inherent risk. Olistic Studios, its instructors, and staff are not liable for injury arising from participation in classes or use of equipment, except where injury is directly caused by gross negligence on our part. Members are advised to consult a medical professional before beginning a new fitness regimen.

8. Intellectual property

All text, images, video, class plans, music selections, and software on the Olistic Studios website and app are the property of Olistic Studios or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to data processing as described there.

10. Disputes & jurisdiction

Any dispute arising under these terms is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before escalating, please write to us at olisticstudios@gmail.com — most issues are resolved within a few business days.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after a change is published indicates acceptance. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
